friday five
1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not?
Yes. and No. Yes because i have lots of files and boxes and labels and high hopes of massive organization. i'd say i "aspire" to organization. No, because nothing seems to be in the right box or labeled correctly. also, contents of boxes and files tend to get strewn all over house to find something. oh and i have a junk drawer. in every room.
2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly?
yes! I have a handspring/palm device. i mostly use it to look up the nearest Vietnamese restaurant or movie via Vindigo. i don't check the calendar much though-- it beeps when it needs me.
3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now?
yes! well, the stuff that isn't on the floor is _very_ organized.
4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter?
no. i organize books by unread, read and reread(able). i tend to listen to the same CD over and over.
5. What's the hardest thing you've ever had to organize?
a fabric closet. a _really big_ fabric closet. oh, and the hundreds of nuts, bolts, nails and screws from the junk drawer into little ziplocs. but i was unemployed and a little OCD at the time.

Ha ha, aspire to organization. Now there's a turn of phrase I think I'll be using in the future...
