i'm looking for a roommate
if any one knows anyone...

This is an amazing apartment with a lot of charm. It has crown moldings, wood floors, ceiling fans, a fireplace and a private front patio garden.

You will have a quiet room with a private bath with full tub/shower. Also includes driveway parking, lots of storage, closet space, washer/dryer in unit, diswasher, DSL/Wireless router, and cable television.
I'm a 32 year old female professional who works full time and has 2 cats--not interested in adding another, but will consider for the right person. I'm a low-key person that likes a quiet, clean space and am looking for someone that is of the same mindset. Prefer a female roommate, but will consider anyone that is the right fit.
Rent is $850 per month plus utilities. Move-in includes first month's rent and $1275.00 deposit. Term is month-to-month, prefer at least a 6 month stay.
